Holiday Inn - Executive Center-Columbia Mall, an IHG Hotel

Location of the Miss Missouri Pageant that we were involved with. Lots of space, great conference center for the pageant. Rooms close together for family as requested, close to amenities, i.e. other restaurants, mall. Hotel had great breakfast included in our package

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel appears to have been recently updated. It’s a beautiful facility. Staff was great, particularly John, who checked us in. During our two day stay, every time we walked thru the lobby area when he was working, there was never a time that he didn’t have a friendly comment. The friendly interaction was very welcoming & made us feel very much at home.
